My husband went in on Saturday evening and they said he was pretty dehydrated and had a viral infection in his stomach. Claimed that they didn't have a nurse to start an IV, so they said try to sip water every 5 minutes if that doesn't work, then go to the ER and get fluids... there was a PA and an MD there! You're telling me that they couldn't put in an IV!?!? Sent him home with a prescription at 8 oclock at night, no way to get it filled until tomorrow!! No antibiotics, nothing! It was horrible!!!!
Where to start with this place!? Took my one year old in for hives which i though was an allergic reaction to his hep a shot he got the 8th.. After almost two hours of sitting there i still have no answers to why he has the hives... And while we were there they gave him benadryl to help with the itching (i guess) but heres the real kicker.. They gave my ONE YEAR OLD who is 33inches tall and ONLY 25lbs 10mL of benadryl when he have had less than half a teaspoon!!! I WILL NEVER take any of my children there again.. My only complaint is they need at least 1 pediatrician there to help with the little ones. I always have issues trying to get them to listen to me about my kids med allergy problems and that they can only take certain meds for Infections.
