My doctors office is currently being remodeled so I called my doctor about an issue I'm recently having.. She suggested I go to an urgent care and ask for a chest x-ray so I went to Med-Express and the women at the front desk was soooo rude to me. This was always my first choice when my doctor wasn't available, but never again. I don't recommend.

RecommendedBrenda Amico really was caring and listened to what was going on with me at the time I believe she saved me a trip to the ED was scary for a few days and I’m glad I had her to help me I’m not very good when it’s comes to going to the doctors but I would go back to her any day and I would feel comfortable and would recommend her to anyone I’m glad she helped me though what was going on I really would trust her if anything else was to come up thank you again Brenda

shorter wait time ,keep to appointment time not over 2 hrs later just for a covid test.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to see each of our patients in a timely manner and appreciate your continued patience.
I was turned away from another appointment due to a high(102.8) fever, was distressed and crying in my car. I called ME, and gave my info. They admitted me through their parking lot procedure which was quick but thorough. Dr Barb assessed the fever and back pain; xrays showed pneumonia. An inhaler for the cough and antibiotic for the pneumonia and I was on my way. 🥰

I've been here twice within a week with 2 of my children. I just want to say that Drs. Stewart and Gross are by far the best we've ever saw here. They both showed great concern for my childrens symptoms and actually listened to what I said and interacted with my young children. Although our wait time last night was hours it was understanding and Dr. Gross kept saying she was sorry, but it was expected. Both of these ladies have great bed-side manners and it made my children happy.
Always busy and you have to wait to be seen almost as bad as waiting at the ER at the hospital
