If you are needing a Covid test, there’s got to be somewhere else that won’t make you wait in your car for 5-6 hours. It doesn’t make any sense to have everyone waiting so long for a 10 minute test. Waste of gas/time/money.

I was told no appointment needed. I informed them my daughter was driving over an hour away we live 52 miles from Russellville. They said that’s fine have her come in for a rapid covid test. When I did mine there I waited two hours after an appointment. They informed her they shut down testing till 1. Here it is almost 2 and no call. I called them again asked why they haven’t called her. Had a terrible experience with them today. The lady who swabbed my son was absolutely rude. Will not go back.
I went here today for a sinus infection that I’ve been battling the last 3 nights. My normal physician was out of the office today so I thought I would give this a try... wont make that mistake again. Upon arrival and after giving them all my info over the phone from the parking lot (because they won’t let people in) I told them my symptoms and that I had been tested for Covid the previous day and it was negative.
