My 3yo daughter developed symptoms for a UTI pretty quickly on Sunday, and was in significant pain. I brought a fairly hysterical toddler in and the staff was absolutely amazing. The medical assistant was patient and kind, and the doctor totally won her over when he examined her stuffed monkey before her, to “see which one was sick”. It’s honestly the only reason she was so compliant when it was her turn. They were clean, quick, efficient, and compassionate. Highly recommend!
4 months pregnant and cant breath.. was turned wad because I didnt have a referal. still cant get anyone to see me

Everyone was incredibly kind. The facility is beautiful, tidy and clean. The staff is really helpful and genuinely caring. The doctor was extremely attentive, remembered my name (I have a difficult one so it’s hard for people to remember the pronunciation), was so caring and attentive and got me a bottle of water when that would be something as seen “beneath” doctors in other offices. I took my son here today and they were awesome! We were in and out within twenty minutes. They put cartoons on for my son, offered him stickers and ice pops since they knew he was scared. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend and will return in the future if needed.
First of all for lotu should be fired because the first worst after looking at my file and before he even touched me was I can’t help you here I was in between mass health and the Fallon so I’m signed up now but for 3 min of rudeness and a bill of 120 bucks worth no not worth here’s their letter to me when I tried to speak to their general manager such lady like conduct
