I have never had service there like I had last night. The woman refused to help with the change in insurance. She refused to update the system. She told me that they would take me but I am going to get a bill for my daughter's visit. When I went to call the insurance company (I was in my car), the woman smiled while locking the door on us (it was 7:48pm).
