Very professional I was the first one in at 7:55 A.M. The best treatment. You should think of staying open 24 hours! This would be great for the Mon Valley!

I Got The Worst Treatment There They Doctor On Duty Walked Into My Room Closed The Door, Didnt Walk Any Farther Than The Door, Looked At Me And Than Took A Quick Glance At My Foot And Walked Back Out And Never Came Back I Sat There For 30 Minutes Before I Said Something To One Of The Nurse.. I Would Never Recommand Anybody To Go To Med Express... Poor Service...
I have been to this location many times and usually have an excellent experience. The person who treated me was not friendly or personable. I am a diabetic and went there for a wound. I would have gone to my dermatologist but she was off for the holiday. My leg was obviously infected. It was swollen red and hot. I was told to continue to do what I was doing???? What I was doing wasn't working because it was infected. I thought I would get a shot of antibiotics or a leg wrap. I was told to increase my antibiotic. She didn't e... read more

Was there last night, the Dr. that took care of me had to be in his late 80's. Have a finger broken in 3 places and he wouldn't give me anything for pain because "he would have to report it to the state" or something. OK so what, report it or was it too much work? Put a splint on, referred me to a bone Dr. told me to take tylenol and put ice on it & sent me on my way. REALLY? I'm not a drug addict, I wasn't looking to get high, I have REAL pain, hello????
I was there just last night. They diagnosed me with a severe sinus infection and double ear infections. They refused to give me an antibiotic because i had the same illness in July. I ended up in the ER. Thanks for nothing
