Horrible ! I called this morning for a Covid-19 test. I was scheduled for 3:15. I arrived at 3pm, and was told we aren't even on the schedule. Accused us of being mistaken and going to the wrong med express,, but as I was talking to her,, i pushed the button to call the number that I had called earlier,, and HER PHONE RANG !! THEN, she told us that my insurance doesn't cover it, then I called my insurance and they told me of course they cover it !!! God, why did I spend time with this facility again. Terrible experience with a certain provider! She was a very unpleasant provider! I will never return here!
I was billed twice for services at this location and have been waiting 3 months to get a refund.
I do not recommend nothing about MedExpress Urgent care everyone that i know that's been there has had bad experiences and this includes several family members all of which have been diagnosed or give the wrong diagnosis, wrong meds ect., and all had to go there doctors to get it taken care of.. I can't not believe that there still in business
Not impressed Med Express! I get an email last night saying my bill was ready and the money was automatically going to be taken off my card on file, per my signed agreement. I never once was asked for this in the office! I call and as soon as I begin to say that I was not ever made aware of a ‘card on file agreement’ the lady, whose name was Kim, immediately interrupted me and told me she could take this off my account. Took my daughter there today for treatment and the nurse practitioner Robin Mcgowen was rude, actually rolled her eyes at me when I said my daughter did have a fever the other day (was trying to get diagnosis/treatment for possible UTI). She was rude and sarcastic when I was not able to give her the name of the ER I would take my daughter to (because they weren’t able to get a sample from my 3 year old) because it depends if Washington has a several hour wait, we may take her to Cannonsburg. I don’t always have awesome experienced here, but the most recent few have been great. The doctor I saw did everything in his power to answer every single question and put me at ease. The rest of the medical staff is awesome as well.
