the name medEXPRESS couldn't be further from the truth. I was the 2nd person in the door as soon as they opened and waited over an hour!

Been in parking lot over 2 hours. Paid $75. Still waiting for final paperwork on a Covid Test that took all of 2 minutes to actually perform.

The worst place ever!! I tried to go there when I was sick and was told I needed id and my insurance card. That's fine, but why ask if I've ever been there before if your going to ask me for these things? And then refuse services to me??
RecommendedGot there with my 12 yr old w flu symptoms right when they opened in the early morning and we were the only ones there, besides one lady who had a quick pick-up or something. But we still waited an hour before we saw the dr. I don't know why the waits are always so darn long. But anyhow once we were in the examination room our experience was great. Office seemed a little off, but friendly. Maybe new employees learning. Doctor listened and didn't mess around. I went for 1 specific problem and that's what was taken care of! Big KUDOS to the nurse working tonight! She was awesome and on target! I have been here 5-6 times and have been treated properly. Sometimes there's a little wait, but come on....it's a walk in place! The medical field is not always cut and dry. I've had set appointments with doctors and have waited longer.

currently sitting in a waiting room for over an hour. have yet to be taken back! when we arrived there was ONE vehicle in the parking lot. there is NOTHING "express" about this place. absolutely absurd and unprofessional if you ask me!!! should've gone to the ER and paid the extra money.
Went there last Friday when I was feeling sick. Quick, fast and friendly! They even called me 2 days after my visit to check in and see how I was doing. My PCP doesn’t even do that! I highly recommend this place!
