As both a healthcare professional and a patient, I was very impressed with my first visit to MedExpress. From the moment I entered the building to the moment I left, each staff member went above and beyond to ensure my visit went as smoothly as possible. Pristine newer facility and did not have to miss a day at work to deal with an acute ear problem that was not severe enough for a trip to the ER but bothersome enough to not want to wait till I could get in with my PCP. Thank you for making my weekend! Now I have a reliable place for me and my son for any acute concerns or illnesses. ☺️
When you get diagnosed with the Flu and your doctor is the Sweetest lady you've ever met. She brought me a blanket and tucked me in then gave me the least painful shot I've ever received. I didn't even feel it until she had the needle thrown in the sharps bin! So happy with my experience at MedExpress in NLR!!! I'm a super big baby when it comes to being sick and they helped me feel comfortable and cared for. Very nice clinic, short wait and competent staff. Saved my son another day of ear pain and kept us from the ER. Plus they are in-network for our insurance. Win-win! Thanks much.
Quick service and thorough care on a Sunday afternoon when my son needed to be seen but didn't need an ER visit.
