So after speaking with Jan the office manager who took it upon herself yesterday to decide that my son shouldn't be seen by the Dr or NP or whoever because...."he wouldn't be able to be signed off on a physical" her words not mine I still feel like they discriminated against my sons disability!! She said she does not feel like they discriminated against him �how is that not?? No Dr saw him! An office manager should not make those decisions especially from the front desk without an exam! People were all very nice, very efficient and we were seen quickly ... NP was very nice, professional and explained everything he was doing to my 10 yr old ... treated and she is feeling much better !! Definitely would use them again !!
Although my sister works at the other MedExpress on Markham I came to this one because it was closer to my house and my sister wasn't working...I was seen very promptly, the entire staff were very nice...the doctor was also very friendly...I will definitely be going back if the need arises.
I had an injury to my finger--cut it with a knife while cooking.we didn't want to spend hours waiting at the hospital emergency room, so the urgent care facility seemed to be our best option. Every was very kind--and took good care of me. Thanks to all!
