our first urgent care experience. Arrived just before closing and greeted with smiles and kindness. No other patients waiting at the time so we were very promptly seen and thoroughly examined and tested for flu ect... all negative and released within a total of 35 or 40 minutes. Our experience was perfection. Clinic was very clean and orderly as well
RecommendedI have used MedExpress on Chenal twice with both of my children. Both times we have seen Dr Bruce White and he is wonderful with the kids. The entire staff are very helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
I've been waiting for an hr & 1/2 to see a Doctor today. The reason I came here is bc I thought this would be faster than a physician's office, but it certainly is not
Brought my grandson in today after an accident at Trampoline Park. We were seen by Dr. Bruce White immediately, x-ray was done within 10 minutes, diagnosis given right after that, cast placed on foot/leg, and referred to Bone & Joint Clinic, all within less than 1 1/2 hours! Highly recommend this very professional team! Thank you so very much for taking good care of my grandson! Much appreciated!
I had a great experience. The place was clean, price is very fair, everyone there was very nice and pleasant, and I'm already feeling much better. So glad I went!
