After testing positive for covid they couldn’t wait to get me out the door. No help, just a charge to me/my insurance. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE COVID-19.

I went on Monday 7/13/2020, and the doctor I saw did NOTHING for my problem. He basically told me to do the things I was already doing to get better. I had made an appointment with my PCP for a couple days later to actually DO something and there I got a swab for staph, a steroid shot, and an antibiotic. I will NOT be going back to this MedExpress location. I’ll head to the emergency room if I have to in order to avoid coming here. I came here with flu like symptoms and was swabbed for flu, came back negative, was prescribed tamiflu and sent on my way. I have now been hospitalized for 3 nights with complete left sided pneumonia and pleural effusion. Thanks to medexpress’s lack of concern and lack of working me up, I’m now in the hospital probably going to have to have a thoracentesis whereas if they would have been more concerned I could have found out I had pneumonia sooner. I went in today cause I was worried I had pink eye and they had me out the door in an hour. The staff were very professional and Justin Dubois did an amazing job. Thank y'all so much!
Excellent care prompt appointment
My fiancée went in for a migraine. A lpn named Aaron was there. Very rude and zero bed side manor. Migraine headaches are often over looked and seen as blah whatever. Should have gone to Walmart for better care # truth not ashamed to say

For the most part, I have been satisfied. I work in Healthcare so I pretty much already know what I need when I get there and they usually comply. Headed there in a few hours, time they open.
