I was very impressed with the staff and care my son received at Urgent Care in Benton last night.
The office staff was very nice and made sure they got my insurance entered correctly. I saw Dr. Sadler and he was very friendly. The entire visit was less than an hour.
They helped my son so much. Very professional and very concerned.
I have been here a few times since it opened, and I have always gotten wonderful care. I don't feel rushed in or out, and they always get to the bottom of whats ailing me. They even gave a curtesy call a few days later to check on me! Love this place.
I went on a Sunday evening it was a great experience. The whole staff was great from sign in to getting prescription info. Very professional reception ,x-ray, and Dr.
I went in today and had a terrible experience. The lady I spoke with today who isn't a Doctor, Cherri Roberts doesn't give you a chance to speak to let her know what is bothering you. If you try to talk she is very disrespectful. I also looked down at her notes on my receipt and she wrote down that only my back was hurting me, which was not the case. If she would of taken the time to listen to what I had to say she would of known that my back wasn't the only issue I was having.
