#Good Facility
I went to the Benton MedExpress location on June 30th to have a Covid-19 test done. I was told it would be around 5 days to get the results back. It has been almost 10 days and I still don’t have my results.

If you were tested at a designated MedExpress testing center and are awaiting your results, a member of our team will call you once we receive the results.
I had a good experience with them when I had strep a couple years ago. However, I recently went in for difficulty breathing,chest pain, fever, and chills. They tried to rush me to ER instead and said that I should me not have even come here. She told me it was "just my anxiety" and to never come there again unless I was "actually sick". Edit 3-22-19: Their customer service is VERY helpful. She was able to see that the wrong insurance was initially charged and was able to take my husband’s policy info and correct the situation. I went here Sunday for a cold, waited 2 hours, and the dr told me to get some OTC meds and go to my regular dr during the week if I wanted anything else. Didn’t prescribe me anything and spent maybe 3 minutes talking to me. Waste of my time. Today I got a bill for $255! For what?!?!? I’m not sure they even attempted to bill my insuran... read more
the experience with the people up front
I'm only giving them a 1 because staff was pleasant! I had to pay $125 for my visit. $40 for the meds they prescribed. Still sick a week later, missed work another co-pay to see my regular Dr, more money for meds. Billing is a nightmare!
