Yes I stopped in to get checked out. The receptionist was annoying yelling hi before I got all the way in the door and not listening to me. I hate having to repeat myself. Set in the waiting room for 45 minutes the was taken back probably because I started complaining. Took x-day was told 20 minutes 45 minutes went by I complained again then all of a sudden they came in and told me to go to the er. We will not go back
Receptionists and medical assistants were very nice. The female APRN MANDY ZIEGLAR with medium length brown hair was really rude. Talked down to me and treated me like I was an idiot and wouldn't even let me finish explaining myself. Told me I will have to just stick it out for three weeks. Went here to get some relief and walked out feeling worse. Waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back!
Saturday on a holiday Eve and I broke a toe. While it definitely wasn't painfree the process at MedExpress was painless. I've been to other urgent care facilities and this was exceptional. The staff at the @[1754937471458214:MedExpress Urgent Care (Derby, KS)] were all very welcoming, efficient and wished me well as I left. I'd highly recommend them!
The doctor and staff were great, however 3 hours spent in a place with "EXPRESS" in their name is pretty ridiculous!
In and out in a hurry. I don't have insurance and thought the prices were reasonable. Staff was great. All around a good experience and I'll go back again for sure.
All of the staff was very friendly and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and spent lots of time doing patient education! Will definitely go back!
The only reason I'm giving one star is because the receptionist and the supporting staff were nice. The nurse practitioner I saw was a joke. She acted like I was bothering her. I was misdiagnosed. I had to go to my regular Dr the next business day and pay again. At least my Dr got it right. Frankly I would like my co pay back since nothing was done, I was misdiagnosed and treated as an inconvenience by your nurse practioner. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
