I went in with a very bad sore throat and fever. They told me it was allergies. They prescribed me allergy medicine and had me leave. After a few days, my symptoms were not improving and I felt even worse. I decided to go to another urgent care in Wichita (a different company). I had strep throat and an ear infection. They prescribed the correct medication and I felt better within hours.
Love the quick, friendly service my daughter and I have had here!! Would definitely use them again!!!
My daughter had an impressive bike accident, and ended up with a couple of stitches on her knee. The front desk people were friendly and efficient...and Connie (the nurse practitioner) was kind and gentle with my 8 year old. This is not where I wanted to spend my Saturday evening, but all things considered, we are glad the place is here! �
Will never return! Front office staff is wonderful, but the provider, Ashley was rude as all get out! When I left, the front office staff said goodbye and get to feeling better...Ashley said "go home and die or whatever" contacted corporate, BBB, and going to the medical board. Your providers are horrible and what Ashley said I exam room and when I left was way out of line! People stay away from this place!!
If I could give you no stars...I would. My daughter was in pain and you dismissed it as nothing wrong. Now we are at the emergency room with a raging ear infection. Not happy...will never return or recommend you.
