My daughter was seen and all they did was give her a covid test which we requested and a UA. Never heard back from them on the UA besides what they told us while there (there was blood in it) Didn't take her blood or any other testing. We called and was told we would receive a call back and never got a call back. Had to take her to ER 2 days later to get some answers since she was still in pain and having the same issues. They gave us some answers and she is now on antibiotics. Horrible first experience and will not go back!

Learn from our mistake. Skip the heartache and drive the extra 15 minutes to Westley. We have had a huge ongoing billing issue resulting in being lied to by staff on more than one occasion. The manager also admitted to me that they are understaffed which is one of the reasons why this happened because the person they brought in from out of town was not properly trained. This is not the care your family or the Derby community deserves.

I’m just going to hang this out there... Do not go here for immediate care. They have misdiagnosed my daughter a few times now, the most recent being a simple ear infection. However if you want to know a great little place in derby we discovered today. Check out “ The Little Clinic”. Excellent place and actually took the time to really look into her issues.
Today found out my daughter has pneumonia. Went to med Express twice within a week and both times they missed it because a lack of effort to even check. I guess they are there to just get a paycheck and not that they even care about their patients. My daughter sat in the room miserable, while the "doctor" was bullshitting, laughing and telling stories in the room next to us. (Their walls are thin.) I am pissed. I recommend not going there ever.

I was hesitant to go here because of other reviews but we had very good service. Nice front office staff, nice nurses, and Connie was a wonderful nurse practitioner. They were thorough and did all the testing on my son who ended up having the flu. We will be back!
My husband went there because he was sick and they only gave him an inhaler and cough medicine. Turns out he had the flu. They didn’t even test him for the flu. He went to a second doctors office the next day which confirmed it was the flu. Due to the lack of medical attention at MedExpress he passed the flu to our 5 month old baby. What a joke of a medical facility!!!
