They refused to treat my 11 year old daughter because we didn't not have her adoption papers with us. The adoption was final more than 9 years, ago and it's not something I carry around AND I have NEVER been asked for them before. we just moved here about a month ago and haven't been able to get everything unpacked yet. I mentioned that I have her birth certificate with my name as the mother but she still stated that they need the paperwork. This is a ridiculous policy. The nurse practitioner was very nice and caring but when I finished my treatment and wanted them to take a look at my current problem that didn’t heal. They wanted to charge me for another visit. The NP said originally there was no charge to come back in for followup, however when I completed my treatment this morning and asked to come back in, that was not the case. MedExpress is more interested in the money than the well being of their patient. So sad.

RecommendedToday was my first visit here. The staff is sweet and amazing and the NP was so knowledgeable and helpful, beyond what I was there to be seen for - she was awesome and beyond kind. I would definitely recommend this place!
I’ve never had a problem here before when I’ve seen doctors, but today the Nurse Practitioner was the only person on duty. She recommended a lot of OTC meds and elderberry, which was fine. But she prescribed a cough medicine that I’d never used or heard of, and no one in my family has ever been prescribed this particular medicine. I filled it but then did some research and it can be dangerous and toxic, possibly fatal. Took my daughter in today for an ear infection and everyone was so friendly! They talked to her directly and didn’t just let me do the talking while not acknowledging her like a lot of adults do to small children. We will definitely be back!
These people are nothing but crooks. They hit your bank account for anything they want without any form of notice to you beforehand, evens months after your visit.
When we've been seen there in the past it was fine. Tonight, I arrived at 7:53pm and the doors were locked. I get that you want to go home, but my daughter was in there being seen for an injury and I was just trying to be there with her. If you don't want to see patients until 8, just note it on the door and if they walk in tell them, but leaving me outside while my daughter was inside being treated for an injury is uncalled for.

I love MedExpress Owasso! I've been to them several times now and always so happy I did. My asthma and bronchitis symptoms can really get bad and now I feel so much better after seeing them again today! I am always in and out and on my way to feeling better in a very short time. You should use them! They are awesome! Thank you MedExpress Team for taking good care of me today!
