The wait is long to be seen. The care is rushed! They are the only Urgent Care center in our area that charges your ER copay & they certainly are not an ER. Even their own description notes they are at best similar to Primary Care. SMH!
First time to any of these quick doc places. Very impressed. Wait was a little long, but was seen quicker than I would have gotten in to my doc. Staff friendly also. �
This is my second time visiting this location and i dont find them to personable. The lady you first see when you come in was great. It's not a very friendly environment. The guy doing the xrays was superb great people person. I come there to eliminate going to the emergency room. Think next time I'll try patient first
I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the doctor and the overall professionality of the staff. Now waiting on the results of all the testing...This is the 3rd time here now and will definitely continue using this urgent care for episodic care.
The wait is killer....whether three people or 12...the fastest I was called back to see a doctor was an hour and twenty minutes. After the wait...a quick visit with the nurse....quick visit with the doctor then you're out. But I've been there six times and over a year and you know you're going to wait. ...might check into other urgent cares...
Amazing as always! I have never had a bad experience here, everyone is so nice, & they even wished me happy belated birthday. �
A ridiculous wait. Almost 2 hours. Last time I will come here.
