I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all check in over the phone took forever. The girl who checked me was rude and unprofessional. Second, once we got in the room the ma walked in with the gloves and her stuff and left the stuff on examining bed and said oh I forgot my pen. Again, got out of the room touched the door knob from inside and out and got back in and started touching my child with those disgusting gloves. Once she was done she walked out with the same gloves. Terrible!! Lied to my family member and deceptively billed the insurance company. If we didn’t call the insurance company and tell them they would have never known. They are a bunch of thieves!! What a joke their billing dept. is too...they are all so RUDE!!

Wasted 30 mins sitting in parking lot waiting for someone from clinical to call after checking in via phone. Took 50 mins for someone from clinical to actually call. Left and was treated elsewhere in the meantime.

place is dead and we've been here 2 hours couldn't imagine then having more then 4 customers at a time!!!
The staff may be nice but they are no hurry to see people. Every time I come here it takes 2 hrs to be called back.
This will be my second time reviewing this place!!! I have been here waiting for over an hour. While sitting waiting to see the doctor...waiting room full of patients, the doctor is busy chatting with the receptionist and the nurses about a Disney Cruise! Hello, priorities! You have patients to see...this is unreal and unacceptable!!! I will never come back here again. This place is a joke.
I was told I was only given enough medication so I go back to my other doctor. I only had enough meds for 7 days and then a couple days later I was sick again and they did not want to give me any more medication I would have to pay $120 to be seen again which I don't have I also don't have medical insurance since I'm self-employed . medications should be given to you so you can get completely better it's all about the money not getting making sure people are not sick any more.
First time visit: wait time to get into a room was pretty quick. The girls taking vitals, asked my height n weight instead of actually doing true readings, abs yes equipment was in the room. Then you go to a room to wait for dr. This is where they fail: I waited a good twenty minutes. Then not a dr came but a PA. (I was ok with that since I knew what was wrong with me) she spent about 90 seconds with me, then left. Was in there for over 20 minutes again.
