I was there in the afternoon on 5/25/17 (Wed). Not sure if it was timing, but I did not have a long wait, at all, like some others have said they had. Everyone was super friendly - receptionist, triage, PA - they made me feel more comfortable than my primary's staff ever does. The only reason I did'n't give 5 stars is because it was an easy appt - just have a bad sinus infection. I did think I would get Xrays since I am coughing so bad I pulled a muscle, but they didn't seem to think I needed one.
Had a way better experience then seeing a nurse practitioner... No shots... just truth...
The time could have been faster. But that was about all I found wanting. X-rays of my foot were fast, the doctor was professional and friendly. Once I got into the back everything was quick. It was just the 30 minute wait to get back there that I didn't like.
The doctor and staff are very nice. During my visit I felt listened to and my concerns addressed. My concern is that I waited over an hour to be seen. Something really needs to be done about the wait time. Hire more staff! The doctors should not have the pressure to be quick. The company needs to have proper staffing. That's why I rated it 3.
First we went to the one in Cinnaminson. They didn't have an X-Ray Technician so, they sent us to Willingboro. We had to wIt a long to be seen. Then we could here the staff talking, wondering why my husband ever came in. I felt they were very unprofessional!! This wasn't our first bad experience, discusted.
