Dr. Bumpas is non professional and rude. Told my 4 year old oh you do talk and interrupt to. I'm sorry she is FOUR! Was there over an hour and half. Won't be back
I can't express my gratitude enough for the wonderful employees here. I was having some anxiety about going to an Urgent Care pregnant with my two toddlers; not just any toddlers, MY toddlers! They gave them coloring supplies, stickers and let my son play doctor with some gloves. We got in and out quick and easy and actually had a fun experience. Thank you thank you THANK YOU for everything. This was by far a much difference experience from any other Urgent Care.
They exceeded my expectations. It was very easy, clean, prompt service and great overall customer care. I will definitely go back if my regular physician isn't available again.
I will never ever go back nor would I advise anybody els . I hate er but I prefer that to this for any issue.
Where is the sixth star? Great people, from the receptionists to the doctor's!
Even with the medExpress being full of sick folks; they organized and had everyone seen with vitals so when your time with Dr. Happened he had all of the important info... test results etc. I highly recommend going to this MedExpress Urgent Care facility; I always go here when I need a Dr. They also call back in a few days to check in you; you don't get this kind of care at your regular Dr. Office! A+
Got in and got out faster than any other urgent care clinic in history! This place took less time than getting the prescriptions filled! Excellent service all the way around!
