I’m a veteran so my urgent care options are extremely slim. MedExpress is one of my very few places that I’m allowed to be seen for same day appointments and this is the first time Ive ever needed to use this service. I called 10x this morning to see if it was even possible to be seen today. I never got through so eventually I drove 30 minutes to the clinic, only to discover that I had to call to register to be seen. I called 40x and just got busy signals or messages about call volume. horrible experience. rude and extremely unprofessional nurse practitioner. will never ever go back!!! I didn't consent to another covid test since I had already been tested twice she would not treat me.

RecommendedI was able to get in and out fairly quickly. They accepted my insurance (so I only had to pay $25) and gave me a flu test. I was given cough syrup and immediately felt better! The staff was nice and friendly. They even called me yesterday to see if I was feeling better and if everything was alright.
I went to MedExpress twice in a matter of 10 days. Before they would see me I had to pay around $130 and then pay for any tiers they put me in. I ended up having to pay about $60 more after having an X-ray. While I was there, I specifically asked them if that was all I would have to pay. I even said “are you sure I won’t get a bill in the mail”. They told me that was all. I received a bill for $450 in the mail and listed on the bill is an injection that I never received. Unprofessional employee mocked my concerns and screamed and cursed loudly in the main office. Will never go back.
Such a nice place to go if you are in need of these services. I was greeted by a very pleasant & friendly young lady at the receptionists desk upon my arrival there today. The entire staff at this establishment is congenial, caring, competent, and just down right nice and seem concerned about your problem, from the Receptionist, to the Nurses and Nurse Practitioners ( Cindy Nelson) attended to me today. We out from out of state and had to make an emergency visit. The NP, Cynthia, took amazing care of our 10 year old, stitched her up and made us laugh. It was a great experience for us!
I had a great experience when no one in my hometown would see me today because they were “too busy.” The lady at the front desk was very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long, although there were several people ahead of me. It was well worth my 30 minute drive and kept me from having to miss work. Thankful to have clinics like this.
