My husband and I were very pleased with the entire visit. We arrived to be greeted by a friendly and smiling check-in lady and the nurse and NP were incredibly kind and outgoing. The check out lady was sweet as well. It is rare to find a medical facility where the staff is consistently friendly throughout the visit. Thank you!
I had a deep laceration on my finger from a stove pipe. I made the mistake coming in near closing time. I was told I could use a couple stitches, but maybe this glue would work. $320 for a drop of super glue and 6 minutes of being treated. I received a bill with a deductible and co-pay (I'm retired Army). I called my insurance, My insurance told me Medexpress bill them incorrectly and I was only responsible for the co-pay. This was definitely Medexpress. I'm not impressed!!!!

My Granddaughter took herself to med express this morning because she injured her knee 2 weeks ago and it is still hurting. The doctor did not do a xray and he did not even have her raise her pant leg up to look at her knee.All he did was move her leg around and then sent her home with a prescription for Ibuprofen. Needless to say I will be taking her to the E.R. to get it checked out! What a waste of time and a big waste for her insurance company that has to pay for such poor useless service.
