I had rolled my ankle wearing high weggy shoes. I had to drive myself there, clearly in extreme pain! Not one person came to help me with the door and there weren't any other patients there! After 5 x-rays then waiting for the results bc the radiologist lives in Florida! I was was crying as they were wrapping it and getting crutches. Then they gave me 10!!! Tylenol 3!!!!! 1st time visiting and the staff was more than friendly. Even called a few days later to see how I was feeling. Hope I don't get hurt soon, but if I do, I know where I'm going.
I won't go back. The staff was nice but not super professional. The doctor couldn't get out of the room fast enough, wasn't helpful, didn't offer one thing for the nausea, she didn't listen, and was super arrogant. Total waste of time!!
Expensive Copay! They wanted to charge $50 and Primecare charges $25. They should tell you this up front instead of waiting until they get you all checked in and paperwork filled out.
Be Careful!! Depending on who you see at the clinic your price changes, but they don't tell you that. Your insurance will be charged as a specialist, which meant instead of my $25 copay, my insurance applied the bill towards our deductible and we owed $122.65 on top of the $25 we paid when we were seen. I thought it must be a mistake so I called both my insurance and Medexpress, but they both confirmed it was correct, that we happened to see the specialist for 5 minutes, who only took a throat swab for a strep test(that any ... read more
Very clean. Doctor and staff were grate. No wait time hardly at all.
I am actually there now! Was very nice until I have been waiting back here forever and just overheard them say they dident know what room I was in! Also you can hear everything around you. I can hear everything that is wrong with the people in the room next to me.
Great experience!! We had NO wait! Nice clean facility, nice staff.
Had very nice staff, great bedside care. Will definitely go back there when the need arises!!
