I took my daughter here on Monday and they were super sweet to her. I had to go today and it was the same got in and out in 30 minutes. If you can't go to your regular Dr this is the place to go!
I thought I was treated well and they were very friendly
Went in today as a walk in for an upper respiratory infection and was absolutely amazed with this place. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they took amazing care of me. Would absolutely recommend !
it was quick, that was the best part and didnt have to pay up front since i have insurance
I went in thinking I had the flu. Ended up being cellulitis that was causing fever. Told Dr Shaw I was allergic to penicillin and any type of medicine related. She gives me Clindamycin, which is in the penicillin family. Low and behold, I got an allergic reaction. I called up to Med Express and they want to see me again and charge me another $50.00 co-pay. I will not step foot in the joke of a clinic again.
Professional polite clean rooms explained everything will go again if I ever so need to.
They are so unprofessional here its ridiculous I can't believe how they treat people!
