Do not visit this MedExpress for a COVID test! We made an appointment and still were not seen for AN HOUR after our appointment time. . . They only take appointments the day of - which is their policy since they are not a COVID-only testing location. Fine. I called in the morning (the phone lines were busy for 1.5 hours) and made my appointment for 3:30pm. She asked what kind of vehicle I would be arriving in.
