The staff here is ungodly slow. When you're one of 3 people waiting to be seen it probably shouldn't take over an hour just to get to triage.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr Eubanks was both professional and so helpful. He listened to me and spent much more time than I expected. I have only good comments.

There was nothing "express" about it. Long wait times and I ended up going to a regular doctor for additional care anyway.
There was no hand sanitizer anywhere! Otherwise really nice at the window with waiting times, but still too long.
My husband suffers from Seasonal depression and came to you for help. To only be told his seasonal depression was not sn urgent matter and he couldnt be seen. He wanted to pay and then you told him he would need to wait 3 hours even though no one was there. His pcp has no available appts for the next 8 weeks. EVERYONE DESERVES MEDICAL ATTENTION AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR REFUSING CARE TO SOMEONE! IM DISGUSTED!
