Great Drs and staff. In and out within 2 hours which is good since they were very busy. Nice to have a place to be seen on a weekend or evenings. I went to Med Express in Florida last May two days in a row. Highly reccommend! It's hard to get an appt with my family Dr so I'm very happy we have Med Express!
By no means should have "express" affiliated with the name. Walked in at 9 left at 10:45 after I already knew I had an ear infection and just needed antibiotics. ( only one other person was in the waiting room when I arrived )
OK everyone saying about 2hours well it's better than 4 hours at altoona hospital and they weren't even busy. So me I love it there
Got burned by coffee at sheetz and they sisnt even see if i was okay but med epress did and did help only was could get medicine til the next day which i think they should of provided the medicine right thwre since all the pharamacy were closed
I was told when I went in that I would be out within an hour. I had an hour and a half before I had to get to work. I was not seen until I was already there for and hour. There is no leniency at my job for being late no matter the reason. When I told the PA that I had to get to work, she rushed thru the exam without really looking at what I said the issue was gave me 2 prescriptions and sent me out. Nothing express about this facility... waited well over 2 hours and never saw a Dr.. had to leave. The nursing staff certainly seemed very nice however front office staff not friendly at all.. very rude, unprofessional and just not kind at all..I only went because it was Sunday and family Dr was unavailable .. I was trying to avoid ER which in hindsight should have just gone to a more professional facility. Strongly do not recommend MedExpress
