Went here Monday, I had canker sores all through my mouth and sores in my throat, sore throat, just broke a fever and my bottom lip was swelling horribly. Told me to take ibuprofen and use mouth wash and that was all that could be done. Tuesday went to my PCP and she gave me 3 things I’ve needed and since the 16 hours I’ve been on the meds I have been feeling better. Thank you med express for once again not doing anything for my family. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PATIENTS PROBLEMS.
Office staff is rude when you call in to check on test results. The PA wrote up an order for labwork for our child at another outpatient facility because the nurse refused to do the catheterization. The PA said the 3rd party lab would call her with the results and if I didn't hear anything to call her for status. I was told by the receptionist when I called med express to check on the lab work the PA ordered that I would have to call the other place to get the results since we chose to go elsewhere (for work they didn't want... read more
Full waiting room but got through pretty quickly! Very friendly staff!
They were very busy when I was in but everyone was nice. Appeared to be a little understaffed for the amount of people I saw go thru. In my opinion I think waits would have been lower if they had more employees. But I will definitely use you again. Wish I could afford to buy them lunch because the deserved it.
Stopped this past Sat was refused service Reasons given names on my insurances, credit cards etc. We're my new last name, but the driver license and passport were not. Same photos as me. Of course, offered to take cash ,credit card check with my current photo Idea. What's wrong with this??
What a huge disappointment!!! Been there a couple of times but this was the worst ever. Waited over an hour for a simple shot for a TB test.....what upset me was when they roomed 2 other people who registered after me and have me no explanation, when I asked why and if my account could be credited cause I all ready gave them 1hr and 15 minutes of my day they acted has if I inconvenienced them.
