What a joke this place is ! Went in with my wife because both of us are sick hoping to get some antibiotics and basically what we were told is that's its Michigan in the winter and it will have to run its course. Well tell me something I don't know you poor excuse for a clinic....! My wife and both know what works for us when we are sick because the other clinic urgent care in town has used methods we asked for, steroid and antibiotic shots and prescription to follow. Very long wait yesterday. I thought I would see a Dr but got a nurse practitioner. I think they should let you know if your not going to see a Dr.
This was a wonderful experience...as far as going to urgent care be! Saturday morning very sick little boy! Thank you!
I was pretty impressed. Everyone was very friendly. Got me in and out quickly. Dr was very easy to talked to and listened to my concerns about meds effecting my milk supply since I am a breast feeding mama. He made sure what I was prescribed was good for me and my daughter.
More than an hour wait time and only one doctor on staff.... I would hardly call this express!
Was a bit hesitant to take my 90 year old mother to a clinic I had never been to myself, but once there, was highly impressed with how professional and efficient they were.. Will definitely be going back again! (if need be..lol)
LIKE: They reception staff was extremely nice. DISLIKE: I wish the nursing staff would listen better to the patient, and do a more thorough exam. I told them I though I may have a UTI they gave me a strep test, it came back negative, told me it was viral and sent me home... Very quick visit. To bad I ended up the the Emergency room the next day with a UTI and tonsillitis/possible strep.
