My 11 month old wasn’t feeling well, couldn’t take him to his pediatrician because it was past 5 so my boyfriend and I figured we would try medexpress. Staff was extremely rude to my wife when she brought my 8 month old son in. Checked in my son under my name not his so when they called my name she said it was wrong and told them his name. Nurse stated well than you need to fix it. Umm thats your job not ours. Kept telling her, "he's fine, he doesn't have a fever, he's fine". Carolyn, the front desk receptionist, is rude to the point of ridiculous. When I sat down, I said that my little boy was the throwing up and that I had called ahead. She visibly recoiled and snapped, "Not here you didn't!". I was confused, thinking maybe I'd gone to the wrong place. "I called to ask if you took our insurance, is this the right place?" I was misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medicine. Went to the er to get the right medicine and diagnoses.
RecommendedWas able to get in and out fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Lady at front desk can’t keep up with customers coming in. She literally waits on one person to fill out their paperwork. Then checks them in while everyone else waits to even get the paperwork. Ridiculous. Most places have clipboards with paperwork in it for when you arrive. Waiting at the desk. This needs to be changed.
I knew they closed at 8, when I arrived at 7:30 yet they all greeted me and acted like they were there as long as I needed them. The lady that checked me in was so friendly! I wish I would have gotten her name. I was taken back immediately to triage where they were quick and pleasant. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be taking my family back here for all our walk in needs! It's great to see customer service a priority again.
