Quit hiring rude people to work with patients!!!! Front desk person is horrible! (Carolyn/Caroline) After a situation involving my daughter, 18 people commented that they had also been treated poorly, by the above-mentioned woman or someone else in the office. THAT IS AWFUL!! Sure hope Karma finds its way to you all.🤬

receptionist desk was rude and lack of caring. The answer to every question was let me put you on hold and then eventually it would hang up on you.

Went for a simple TB test and reception seemed completely confused and charged me for who knows what. Finally in the building and the nurse administering it seems annoyed with me asking questions and just ready to get me out ASAP. Went back two days later and the receptionist struggled finding me, stuck on the phone for almost 30 minutes. Got to go in and the nurse and NP this time were much friendlier, but overall this experience left me feeling meh. I have no interest in returning to MedExpress again.
$240 to "lance" a finger (poke it with a needle - without numbing agent!! - and then put a band-aid on it) is absolutely ridiculous! I will never come back and will caution all my friends to stay away too!!! The staff was great though, no complaints there! So if you just want nice staff and don't care about what you will actually have to pay, then this is the place for you!

RecommendedI can not say enough about Cassie! I unfortunately didn’t catch the other nurses name, but she was equally amazing! My son needed stitches and I could NOT have asked for better people to take care of my kiddo! They were so reassuring and helped me feel better about the whole situation. I have no doubt the rest of the staff is just as great, so when you find yourself in need of care, consider MedExpress!!

Always a great experience! I’ve been there several times with a UTI one time when I broke my collarbone and they are so fast and efficient and take care of me right away. ***** 5 stars!!
I have gone to this location on 2 separate occasions during their posted business hours (the 2nd occasion was just today at 3 pm). Both times I have, the place is closed even though their posted business hours state they should be open. Am I missing something??
Says it closes at 8p, went at 7 and closed. Frustrating.
