Will never be back! Dr rushed through our visit with my daughter and misdiagnosed her. Had he actually taken the time to check her ears, throat, listen to her chest he would have been able to see she had an ear infection along with upper respiratory infection. �

Great Staff, Doctor was friendly. Didn't feel like I was annoying them by coming in at 20 minutes to close. I have been to a few Med Centers with long waits, and staff not seeming happy to be at thier job, but Med Express was actually a pretty pleasant experience. Got me taken care of very quickly!
I am extremely disappointed! I was at your norton shores location tonight at 7:54 pm and all doors were locked. There were people in the waiting room so I called to see if you were closed (your hours clearly state open 8:00-8:00). The women who answered the phone said they were closed, even after I told her I was in the parking lot. Extremely poor customer service!!
They charged $300 ($180 copay for me) to only give me a prescription for antibiotics and nothing for the horrendous pain I was dealing with! Highway robbery!! Medical assistant was caring however the Dr felt it was ok for me to suffer in pain after I told him that Tylenol was not helping and I work 12 hours a day and couldn't get to my dr or dentist! I will NEVER go there again or recommend!!
They were very good to my 9 year old daughter. She broke her arm in two places, they were very helpful and professional.
In and out fast they understood my issue and resolved it
