After telling my daughter they'd bill her insurance, they charged her more than her ER copayment! Now we know why people crowd the ER ..gotta make this right MedEx!
Recommendedfast convient care and wonderful location
Ok. So they have very good doctors. BUT they charge you an extra $25 for going in after hours. So if you go in after 5pm, you get charged. Isn't this what medi centers are for?
Went in for a sports physical. Service was quick. There was a wait, as expected. Once we were back the appointment went fast. The PA was very thorough, kind and detailed.
Doctor reeked of cigarettes. Gross. Told me I had asthma which I’ve never had in 38 years and didnt two months ago when I saw my regular doctor. Followed up with a doctor who confirmed I did not have asthma, just some mild allergies. Glad I went with my gut and didn’t fill the 3 prescriptions he gave me that had nothing to do with my “sickness”. Will never be back. Pick a different place!
The staff was very accommodating and sweet! After registering, I was in back to see the Doctor within 10 min or less, which I appreciated because I had pneumonia and felt like death! The doctor was very kind, compassionate and helpful. Thank you for making me feel better, and thank you all for caring. It means a lot when you are so sick. Will return in future with any other medical issues!
Slow, uninterested in helping, only 2 people in waiting room and nobody called back in one hours time!!! ��
Not happy with my experience at all! Came after work at 5:00 for a possible sinus infection/ear infection and waited to see a doctor almost 2 hours. I don't feel good and I'm in pain, I've been working all day and just want to get antibiotics to help me feel better and go home but 2 hours of my time wasted. Won't be coming back here again and won't recommend this place to anybody.
