Dr and staff were very nice. They were short staffed which made the wait time longer than my last visit. Only complaint is there was not anyone there to give me the injection the Dr wanted me to have. I would have had to make a trip to Berkeley Medical Center to get it which I did not do. They didn't know what was causing my headaches but that's not their fault. I would go there again if need be. However why couldn't the Dr give me the shot? Just a question.
Took care of pain but it was more serious had to go bck to hospital ... today...
The staff is very nice and the doctor was good. The only problem is the wait. Every time I go there they have 1 physician. And a lobby full of people. It is such a long wait especially with a sick little kid.
Everytime I've been there, I've been treated with care and respect, no long waits, all bases in treatment covered!, very professional staff, very clean establishment, would recommend it iver the ER!
I had a great experience there yesterday even though i was feeling pretty crappy� From the time i got there the staff was professional and very kind. Fast and the Dr. on staff was thorough and just as friendly! Nice to see in Martinsburg!! I will return when needed!!
It's so wonderful to have a place like this. Quick, caring and organized. I was very ill and they had me in and out in no time with the meds I needed. Everyone was courteous and the doctor efficient and caring. I hope not to visit often but am so glad they are there.
They got me in and out really quick. Gave me my medicine and out I went. The doctor wasn't happy go lucky, but hey he wasn't rude either. The nurse was great.
