They are super slow for absolutely no reason. you can be in a room waiting and you hear the nurses laughing and carrying on. I will only go to WVU from now on...they arens9nfast its wonderful

Recommendedif I'm not feeling well, if prefer going to Med Express on Edwin Miller Blvd. to be seen. I'm not left wating for long periods of time, everyone is kind, and I leave understanding exacty why I wasn't feeling well.

Brought the baby to med Express because she was looking and acting sick, it wasn't nothing serious but her dr gave me something for thrush and the green stuff in her eyes. As we sat there and talked I began to cried to her because I wasnt the best mom with with first child. I couldn't even see her until she was about 6 months old. So this is all knew to me and its overwhelming. This Dr looked at me and said you are doing an amazing job and to see you cry means you care so stop beating yourself up. was there today. awesome people. receptionist was great. But a huge shout out to Brenda Amico for understanding and helping, and my girl Liz. what an awesome person. I have no issues with needles/shots. But when it's done, barely noticing, having to ask if it was done. That's my kinda shot. lol
I went to Urgent Care yesterday, CRNP Linda Eld tried to say I had shingles when it was an eczema outbreak. I tried to tell the her that I have a history of eczema, but she didn't listen and said I had shingles. When I went to see my PCP for a second opinion, she stated it was easy to see it wasn't shingles, because if it was it would have only been on one side of my body, as opposed to both sides. I went in on a Friday around noon and was in and out in about an hour. Dr. Reed Erickson was great and was the nurse and all of the staff that I interacted with. Very professional, kind, and capable. I will put off a trip to urgent care if at all possible because I hate the idea of spending my whole day there. This was obviously not the case today. Thank you to the staff at medexpress for your diligence 😊
I went in Wednesday morning with SOB, right away NP Brenda Lee tool amazing care of me, as well as the rest of the staff...I am so grateful for her compassion and commitment. She was also amazing with her follow up and has checked up on me since leaving, I was admitted to the hospital but she had also already called them and gave them a full report and they were very prepared for me due to her diligence. Again thank you so much!
We would just like to thank the MedExpress team for getting our little one in and out everyone was very kind and helpful we would like to shout out the np Brenda Amico for her help ,kindness caring mannerism .. Thank you guys!
