This place is fantastic, everyone is so nice, quick to get treated and I couldn't possibly say enough about Dr. Wright. Wonderful doctor with fantastic bed side manner. I've been there a few times and never had a problem. It definitely beats going to the ER and sitting for hours only to be treated poorly. Would recommend to anyone.
This is where I go instead of the dr unless it's a health check/yearly exam. It's very convenient, knowledgeable and friendly staff, very thorough triage - I bring my kids also for sick visits when we can't get into their dr at convenient times or it's just too busy. So much better than waiting around somewhere for an hour.
First time there. Everyone was extremely friendly. Waited maybe 5 minutes in waiting room. They swabbed my daughters throat while doing vitals and results were done before the Dr was finished examining my daughter. Very thorough. Very 😊 with my experience.
First time there. They got our paperwork situated (new medical) in minutes, we were called back within 3 minutes and seen. They asked all the necessary questions and triaged my kid. They did a swab test (for flu) and had the results in 10 minutes. Time to leave and they offered (at a higher cost, yet convenient) prescription pick up. Custmer service and doctor had superior bed side manors.
I went there with my daughter that had a headache for 6 days...the guy listened to everything i had to say. It literally took 10 minutes before i was in the back room.I went there before with my son and now with my daughter didnt have to dpend 6 hours like i did in the er ,I will diffentely go back if I need to.
horrible. they sent out a strep test for my son and didn't call me with results for 8 days! absolutely unacceptable. spoke to their higher ups who stated "unfortunately we have been having issues with the lab we use". alright, since you know there are issues with that lab... why are you still using them?! I have never ever waited so long for a lab to come back. meanwhile my kids suffered with strep throat until I got them to a real urgent care that got them strep tested and then antibiotics the same night!!!!!
Very helpful. Took time to listen to me. Staff and doctor went out of there way to help me as I am from out of state. Thank you!
