Worst place to go to seek medical attention. My doctor had new clue what she was talking about or doing and sent me home with a "boo boo" and completely missed the thread I had accidentally sewn into my finger and my finger nail. She considered it "dried up blood" that she couldn't scrub off so she took an alcohol pad to it numerous times and never tried to even look at it. NO ITS THREAD SEWN INTO MY FINGER! Should my finger have become infected, a lawsuit would of been in order! NEVER AGAIN!
In my opinion its the worst place ever. Had all types of problems during several visits to this location. Never going back.
They are the worst, they continue to try to chsrge me a co pay when i have none, they say my insurance is not valid, i call its good. They demand i pay then it takes months to get my money back. They suck, going to Allegheny Urgent Care in Braddock, sooooooooo much better. Only tried to come here because my son works at office max and its close. Terrible terrible people .
Word to the wise NEVER pay your copay at Medexpress with a credit card. They charge your card additional, random costs at a later date. I received an email saying they would charge me $14.73, when I went back to the office to have them remove it, they emailed me saying it was back to $0.00. They just emailed me again and said it was $34.73. Currently, on hold, contemplating just canceling my card. #HighwayRobbery
