They won’t even answer the phones so you could get on the list to be seen. Sent for a random drug test, sitting outside in the parking lot as if I don’t exist. Horrendous service

Absolutely terrible service been sitting in the parking lot for close to three hours waiting to be seen while there has been people in and out the whole time I’ve been sitting here this place is a joke

Still waiting for a pre employment drug screening, going on over 2 hours. This is something that should take 5 minutes. I have been here since they opened this morning. I would NEVER go here if I did not have to.

they dont answer the phone they say they open at 8am but yet make u sit in the parking lot and never answer when u call... very poor service in this pandemic

This evening I took my 17 yr old daughter to your facility for a covid test! The PA and I’m assuming the medical assistant came walking out of the back door, I assumed they were coming to my vehicle but approached a young woman in the car next to us... I watched as they administered the covid test ... did their “check-up” and I said to my daughter .. “I didn’t see any change of PPE in their cart” they went from that woman’s vehicle directly to mine and began to talk to us and went to approach my daughter when I said “are you... read more

I do not recommend this Medexpress in particular. Ms. Laura in billing is completely condescending and unprofessional. Took my daughter to be seen and was greeted with an outstanding bill back in 2016 (they billed our insurance incorrectly as we have full complete coverage) was forced to pay said bill otherwise they would refuse service. We had ZERO knowledge of this $97 bill. We weren't even sent to collections which is extremely odd since this was back in 2016. 4 YEARS AGO. My 94 year old mom, my 13 year old great niece (Cassidy) and myself just got our flu shots and because of that we met an amazing and caring RN, Rose, who gave us our shots. Cassidy has never liked getting any kind of shot, so her mom lets me take her every year to get her flu shot. This year we chose Med Express and what a wonderful experience. I went to MedExpress yesterday because I wasn't feeling well. I've been having dizzy spells. I assumed it was an ear infection, but it could be anything, right? Since I do have a bad heart valve, the folks at MedExpress made sure to check everything. They took my blood pressure and heart rate several times. They even gave me an EKG. After being absolutely certain that my heart was not the issue, they checked my ears, nose and throat. They gave me a prescription for antibiotics and something for the dizziness.
