I had to come here to get a TB test read for employment and it took over an hour for something that would take them literally 30 seconds. On top of that, I came back to have the second one planted and I came right when they opened to a basically empty waiting room, and it took an hour before I was even seen.
Like 5 mins into our drive home from a bridal shower my daughter , who was driving, couldn't breath and in sheer panic !!! So I started driving , looking for help. We were like 2 hours from home !!! Not knowing the area AT ALL ... I saw medexpress and ran her in ... So scary !! The nurses flew out to come get her and took her right back !!! All ended well !! Possible panic attack. All the staff was so wonderful !!! And our nurse went above and beyond not only caring for my daughter, she also took time to calm me down too !!!... read more
Was there only to get a physical and the staff was very nice.
Very unprofessional!!! The nurse Tori was not nice very rude. Happy I grow up. Never again
I arrived at 8am when the opened. There was already 5 people ahead of me. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes without even being registered. I finally walked out.
Worst ever!!! Over 2 hours. When I asked for an approximate wait time they wouldn't tell me. Of course they take your money first then make you sit forever!! I was later told by an employee they're not allowed to tell he time. I would rather bleed then go there ever again. If I could give it a ZERO I would. Never again?!!
