As usual the process was enlightening and informative. I made the right choice in choosing MedEast for my prosthesis journey.
The administration at this office is terrible have made 3 to 4 calls due to my husband having some issues with his prosthetic and have not received a call back. While waiting for a callback, he has had many falls and just had a very bad one. There is never anyone to answer the phone and no one ever gets back to you. On the plus side he likes working with Mark and the staff in the back, but administration leaves a lot to be desired.
Mark and Sarah are outstanding. They are professional and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure my prostetic leg fits and is comfortable. Med East is the best.
