RecommendedI love these people! They have taken excellent care of me for the past 4 months. I am healed now and will miss seeing their smiling faces every week. They are the best healers because of all of their positive energy! They are like family now. I love the entire staff here in the Alexandria location (Rapides General Hospital)!
My mom was in the Covington hospital, with open ulcers on both her legs. Dr. Carpenter and his team came in to debris the wounds, and wrap her legs. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They even followed up at her nursing home. I would highly recommend MedCentris to anyone.

I went to MedCentris in Hammond. I was recommended to go their because of a chemical burn on my foot. They were very kind and helpful. Starting with the receptionist(Heather)! The nurse (Lindsey), was awesome! In always made me feel comfortable. My Doctor ( Kaylie) was very patience and informative when dealing with my wounds. They took great care of me!! Awesome staff!!!!
I do not recommend your Alexandria office I have to them 3 times in the last 2 month and everytime it's a new dr plus I have to explain to them everytime I have spina bifida which causes serves pain when touched and today I had enough your staff doesn't listen and made me feel like a quota or a dollar bill was more important.
My husband needed wound care for his stump, his crutches snapped outside and fell in the concrete and his stump was all torn up. It needed to be healed before he could wear a new prosthetic leg. MedCentris is a healing place of the wounds and hearts and minds. They use the best medicine! They are the best staff! They used woman's placenta to heal my husbands stump.
