The facility in Vicksburg doesn't even return phone calls. I called on Friday July 19, 2019 to see if they took my type of insurance. Was told a supervisor would call me back after lunch and let me know. Was not contacted by anyone so I called back late Friday afternoon. Was told a supervisor would call me Monday. Well Monday has come and gone and still no call from them. I have come to the conclusion that if they are this bad at handling their business then I would surely be skeptical of their wound care abilities as well. ... read more

I love MedCentris the doctors and nurses are wonderful.They really do a great job! I would recommend them to anyone who needs wound care.
Clean, courteous professional staff. Medical staff very friendly and efficient. Felt welcome from first visit. Trusting them to heal this wound.
The people at MedCentris are friendly and very professional. They make you feel like you are part of their family. They helped my husbands foot heal in about 7 months. He had been under a doctors care for 3 years and it would heal and come back within a week. It has been healed for 4 weeks and looks so good. He will be starting rehab this week so he can learn to walk again.
So thankful for the staff.Taking such good care of my son.Could never say enough. With how wonderful we have been treated. Thank you for the best care💙
