I have used Mechanics for many years and have always had good response from them. Everyone has a bad day but you can't take it out on your customers. I did customer service for many years and know how it works. I will still recommend them to others.
The way my mother was treated by your staff in Ontario was disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to use this bank. You should be ashamed of your staff at the Ontario Branch. I have been encouraging her for years to pull her account. After the incident today I hope she does. I will be telling everyone how terrible you people are to deal with. Apparently at Mechanics you must show more than a bank card and a drivers license to deposit a check. Unreal. Thanks for treating her like a criminal.......
I have heard all of the complaints and always defended thus bank....that is until today. I have had a mechanics acct since I was 18 years old. Over 30 years! Today I had the most deplorable customer service at the Ontario branch. So bad that I am very tempted to close my account and go elsewhere. Disgusted
