Switching to a different bank. I rely on the mobile banking app a lot since I don’t have time to stop into the bank. The app either doesn’t let me log in or it doesn’t keep up with my finances so I never know what money I truly have which has resorted in fees multiple times, not to mention it’s very inconvenient and frustrating. Sorry to leave as I’ve been with them for the past 6-7 years and the few times I was in the bank they were friendly. I hope they fix their banking app for other people soon.

They require not just a login but to answer security questions EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR BALANCE ONLINE! If you mistype once you have to wait 20 minutes to try again! THEN, I can't make online purchases or get anyone in the company to permit the transaction on the weekends. I don't recommend anyone using them. Feels a LOT like asking mommy for your own money and good luck with that on the weekends!
