You guys had a great online system until the recent change but now I can never get into the online banking. I can go through the process to change my password and go back and it still says it’s wrong. You make it to hard to even get through the process to change the password. I’m tired of having to go through this process every single time I want to check my balance. Bring back the old system or find a way to make it more customer friendly.
