Worst experience ever . Constantly being asked if we where residents or u.s. Citizens ! We have a trucking business and we where trying to establish an account with you guys ! But with all that discrimination we hated the branch !!!

How is this a commercial bank when there is no customer service available on weekends. We do t all have bankers hours. If you can't access your accounts, can't get online, debit cards don't work, just shut your business down until Monday when is convenient for them to help you.

So unhappy with this bank. Second time there has been fraud on my account and it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone. Still waiting for someone to call me back to get the charges reversed. Ridiculous!
