Get human. Refusing to give a fire survivor some quarters for a $20 bill so she can use a nearby laundromat just because she wasn't a Rabo customer; disgraceful.
Not sure which branch this happened, but some empathy would have gone a long way to help a fire victim. :/

Indio,Ca Branch SUCKS . how can you loose my Deposit ? I have the Deposit Slip from yesterday & saw amount on my online account & today it vanished ! Needed Fuel , on empty & Debit card has .17 cents ! Cant wait for them to open tomorrow ! I will have to walk there in 100 degee temps

I love this bank so much. I Bank in Lodi and Sonoma and everyone is so very nice. Never once has anyone been rude. Lodi is my main bank and I just love the ladies and Matt at that bank. I have been banking here close to 10 years and have no plans on changing banks. Thank you Rabobank California.

I have been using this bank for over 20 years. When it was a midstate bank. The last 8 weeks or so everytime I try to use the atm it's not working! I've tried it once every two weeks, it worked once out of the last 5 attempts! I'm not sure why I still bank here in Paso Robles at your branch. Why don't they at least have more tellers working when the atm is down? Only two tellers for 15 people standing in line. Surely somebody sitting at the many desks doing nothing but watch could get up and run a window for a few customers.
