Poor customer service. As the bank continues to buy up other banks, their service gets worse. They now charge fees for items that were promised no fees when account was opened. Have been with them 20 years and will be leaving them soon. Steer clear of this bank.
Really sorry that you changed your policies without warning. I am switching banks after being with you for years.

I was a satisfied customer for about 20years...Today I get a letter that you will be changing my checking account to another account on March 16th 2020 and by the looks of the horrible terms of the new account your goal is to squeeze monthly fees ...well I'm not going to stay and take it...I will be closing three accounts...bye bye!
They are raising account fees (with short notice) and reducing the number of was to get the fees waived. After 15+ years, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

They need to improve their customer service, they need to improve their website, and they need to improve the way they attend to a customer's particular issue. Overall I give them an extremely poor rating for customer service and their ability to handle the customer's needs.
